What materials are Treehut watches made from?
Our watches are handcrafted from sustainable materials, including premium hardwoods like sandalwood, ebony, and walnut, as well as high-quality stainless steel and genuine leather straps.
Can I customize or engrave my watch?
Yes, we offer custom engraving services for the back of most watch cases. You can add a personal message, date, or name during the checkout process to make your gift truly unique.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. If you have ordered a custom engraving, please allow an additional 2-4 business days for our artisans to prepare your order.
Are Treehut watches water-resistant?
Our wood watches are splash-resistant, meaning they can handle rain and hand washing. However, they should not be submerged in water or worn while swimming or showering due to the natural properties of the wood.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-engraved watches are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do the watches come with a warranty?
Every Treehut timepiece comes with a 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturer defects in the movement and craftsmanship from the date of purchase.
