At Treehut, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted timepiece; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the watch and all original accessories back into the protective wooden box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
